As a celebration for Azure Striker Gunvolt’s 10 Anniversary (birthday Aug 2014), I’m gonna be doing a multi-part verse revisions, including buffs and nerfs- before I start working on more long awaited profile completions. Hello, I really need approval on this thread for Katekyo Hitman Reborn, which has been stuck for months. While there was some disagreement, I have a majority voting in favor. The main contention is getting rid of a black hole feat, as 1) They do not resemble real black holes, 2) They are the only feat higher than Tier 7 in the verse, 3) I believe miniature black hole feats are extremely unreliable in general. A translator I contacted on this site said that they do not believe the statement about them was reliable either. Could you please offer some quick input if you have the time? @DarkDragonMedeus give their approval early-on in the thread.

Whis mentions that if he uses his time manipulation too much, he'll turn off the time axis in chapter 14 of the manga ( in the colored English version )

In the translation thread i got an answer about whether it means time axis in the Japanese translation

It shows ( 時間軸 Jìkáńjìkú ) on the bottom bubble, which does mean time axis/timeline, though given that Dragon Ball always talks about Timelines given from Future Trunks and the Androids and all that shenanigans, so timeline is IMO more suitable. But its up to interpretation.

Vegeta's charged attacks

Vegeta's Galick Gun is said to be straight up, Vegeta's version of the kamehameha, so he should get a "Varies, up to tier/rating with Galick Gun" just for that. Additionally his Big Bang Attack should be "even higher" than that, being said to greatly exceed the Galick Gun, and his Final Flash should be "much higher" as it's too powerful to be fired in Super Saiyan Grade 1, requiring the limit surpassing form Grade 2, even though the Big Bang Attack can be fired in Grade 1.
