Yikes, that's a big turn off for me personally. Trumpets of the apocalypse is the fourth worst sound imo, only the Mr. Blobby theme song, Mr. Blobby music video, and the unholy sounds made by Mr. Blobby himself being worse.

Essentially that entire game thrives on pitch black humor and Ashley pushing them both to essentially do everything morally wrong, including Incest or cannibalism.
If you like that kind of humor(or are into that shit), it's a pretty good game. I am into pitch black humor so I enjoy watching the game from time to time.
