Very very late to this, but since Bakugo's matchups are all flawed in some way shape or form, I'll give my thoughts on all of these.
Rex Splode is the one on most folk's minds right now, so I'll start there. It has some solid connections and good banter potential, but Rex has low mobility and is a bit of a one trick pony. It's also a huge stomp against him. Literally his only win-con is a suicide move bakugo is easily fast and smart enough to dodge. And on a more personal note, it really annoys me how people are obviously just exclusively rooting for Rex and dogging on Bakugo.
The last sentence applies in reverse to Eustass Kidd. At least there the stat gap isn't as bad though. Otherwise it's mostly just okay to me, though in terms of popularity, Bakugo kind of carries that MU.
Jubilee is a Marvel character, so she's automatically gonna be weird for scaling, though I think Bakugo safely takes it. Not really into the choreography, and the connections seem pretty misleading.
I haven't read part 7 of Jojo's, so I can't judge much about Diego, but it sounds interesting at least.
I don't know who the guy in the bottom middle/right is.
Shinra is Bakugo's worst matchup that isn't a joke match, spite match, or generic shounen rival match. You can't change my mind. The fact that people flocked to this entirely to erase another option shows how desperate and shallow the community can be (we'll get to that in a second...)
Raphael is good because it take Bakugo's character seriously, but debate-wise it's a mess, especially if they composite.
Yang is one of the most overhated matchups, possibly ever tbh. Disclosure of bias, it's my personal favorite since the banter, flare, and fist-fight potential all work for me, and I fully admit the connections are thin and the debate is one-sided, but let's be real, anyone who calls this their worst matchup either has a Yang body pillow, a Bakugo punching bag, or both.
