DEATH BATTLE! Discussion Thread (All-time Death Battle Spoilers Alert)

Wile E. Coyote - (Multiversal??? I know by VsBattle terms he's something significantly higher, but I going off of what's directly stated)
The Animator's world doesn't actually adds anything beyond 2-B for the Cosmology, it's size is just unquantificable larger than the main Multiverse

We have LT at Low 1-C, but the Real World is not the reason for that

Hmm ShigarakiMahito is actually 2nd most viewed ep of revival era.

huh
Moro is simply that good. I literally can't be even more impressed with the animation quality without exploding into confetti at this point.
and Gurren Lagann*
Don't forget Unicron* (possibly The Doctor too).
I highly doubt Miles has scaling at the High 6-A level, so this would be a total stomp.
Unless he got some BS fate hax from the Web of Life, Madame Web or something similar Miles is taking a major L from Deku. Kinda funny Miles gets a 2nd run on DB while Peter still remains an one and done affair after stomping Bruce Wayne over a decade ago (feeling old peeps?).

Miles vs Deku was one of my most wanted MU's and I'm glad to see my Deku Goat get a proper runback after that travesty of the last episode of which we do not speak. You guys need to have some faith, these guys are hella cool (unironically I'm more fan of a Miles) and Miles's episode is hella outdated. I will have apology forms prepped and ready for when the ep delivers 🦸‍♂️ 🤜 🕷️ ❤️💚. Also if the track isn't titled You Say Danger 0/10.)

Oh yeah, G1 just casually dropped their new blog right after their Coyote vs Tom one

Next one is Dexter (and Dee Dee?) vs KND which is interesting. No Jimmy Neutron which is surprising. Isn’t that a stomp for Dexter with his better tech?

Bro... Tom how did you f*ck up that badly...

That aside, the episode wasn't kratos vs asura level bad, but i wouldn't consider it the best toon fight either. The animation was great, It kinda just felt slower and less intense than Scooby vs Courage, which is definitely the better toon fight imo. I'll probably have more to say when i rewatch it a couple times, but from the premiere, my biggest nitpick is that tom somehow loses all of his lives from.... 1 Death, which makes absolutely no sense lmao. The post-analysis seemed reasonable on my first watch, though they definitely weren't holding back with saying this was a stomp given that they say tom didn't have any wincons and got blitzed horrendously, which i found a little strange, since they normally do the opposite.

As for the next time, i've seen some people not excited for it, but i'm honestly kinda the opposite. I really didn't like the plot of Deku vs Asta, so i'm hoping the former gets a way better fight this time. Having another MHA matchup so soon surprised me though

KND are capable of combating Father and I believe there has been technology used in the series with the intent of blowing up the Moon Base. So I can see them having a chance especially if Dee Dee is causing Dexter to job

I don't remember watching Deku vs Asta at all but I see a lot of people that hate it. What was wrong with it?

People felt that Asta was mischaracterized, Deku was mostly just acting as a flying brick (or in one case a stationary brick), death was low-key disrespectful (IIRC the implication/what actually happened was that Deku died from his clash with Asta, with Asta proceeding to then stab a dead corpse with multiple swords), some people didn't like that Asta didn't get a matchup where he could actually use his gimmick. Don't recall any other problems people had with it besides that

It’s interesting since it’s a team vs one person. I’m guessing they skipped Jimmy vs Dexter because Dexter gets blitzed and that’s the only thing that matters in a matchup where both can one shot the other. Unfortunate, since otherwise it’s cool.

Asta in particular was apparently super out of character. I think it was mainly that he had absolutely no reason to kill deku since they were in a tournament setting.

One thing i didn't like as well is that nothing was ever really done with deku's vestiges either, i think they would have been cool to see directly in the fight, but the closest we got was a very brief all might vestige towards the end.

I also hate the voice acting for Deku in that episode. I only cared for how his lines were delivered toward the end
