Legend of Zelda debating has really slowed down since 2017 in general cause of the BotW games. The only real pockets of things happening was some powerup Link got like the Trials of the Sword or AoC or very briefly TotK before Ganondorf was all mapped out and people dropped it. I miss the days where I was in multiple Zelda debates a day.

This is an incredibly funny statement, yeah people decided to stop debating Zelda fights because BOTW made them not wanna do it anymore due to, uh, I dunno, making Links main clothes blue instead of green? I think it's mostly because of power creep in other verses (Plus Zelda, while not uncommon to debate by any means, couldn't compete with the most debated verses even back then), back in the mid 2010s you didn't have many people going over dimension tiering or super powerful hax like 880D plot based conceptual high-godly mind manipulation soul erasure or whatever. Zelda on the other hand never got as crazy as other series, and doesn't have enough material to get wanked to insane cosmic levels like a lot of series these days tend to get wanked to (Outside of the odd "Zant / Ganondorf were merging universes!!!" takes that pop up every now and then).
Ganondorf's blood moon is the 4th best feat in the entire series (Behind Majora making a sun, Triforce shit, and goddesses making the world), and a lot of power scalers aren't gonna care to debate for planet busters because they've become so brainrotted that only super omniversal busters with immeasurable speed and every hax ability under the sun with infinite layers are worth debating to them.

Literally only Kingdom Hearts does that. And that’s still wanked as a verse harder than Hunter Biden during a goon sesh. Final Fantasy, Chrono Trigger, etc are still stronger than Zelda, but don’t get into stuff like you’re describing. Also, Legend of Zelda was a lot stronger on this site back then. Like, plural Links were 4-B.
If anything, outside the odd 2-A, what makes the FF verse so powerful is all its crossovers. With each other and even with verses like Dragon Quest, Bravely Default, even Super Mario Bros.

FF, God of War, DMC, Sonic, Doom, etc. The popular battle boarding versus kind of always eclipsed Zelda in general consensus, and actually back then you'd be lucky if Zelda got past 7-C, with the best feats being like Ganon and Midna blowing up Hyrule Castle, outside of Skull Kid who capped at like High 6-A (used to be like 6-C).
Also Chrono Trigger ******* downs dimensional bullshit, Lavos loves that shit. DMC, GoW, and Doom also suckle on the funny dimensions memes too. Man even Pokemon does ffs. Doesn't Solaris do that too?
Zelda ain't unpopular, but it's def kinda always been lower end compared to the competition.

Almost none of them are rivals of Legend of Zelda and those that do are majorly filled in by literal fanon like in Pokemon and occasionally DOOM.

Also where have you been, Zelda loses to every verse I named off, both in terms of unga bunga and battle boarding popularity.
I never said Legend of Zelda won, though back then they were a lot weaker. It’s kinda odd how everything else gets stronger on here while Zelda gets weaker.

Back then we only really had one Link, 90% were made after comps got tossed.
Not really, other verse get better feats or looked at better, while Zelda is pretty "consistent" in its usual lv of power, usually tier 7-6 mfs, and then the occasional celestial body fuckery.
It's just back then Zelda was wanked, now it's less so.

Ok so in relation to the Four Swords trilogy and the speed the dudes from those games scale to, we treating the 2D game beamos lasers as light speed as well or we not doing that due to them not acting like real lasers like the 3D games do?

I'm working on Vaati (Pray for me chat), FS Link, FSA Link, FSA Ganon, maybe MC Link (Someone else said they were doing him so just waiting to see if they are), Wizzrobes, and a TOTK key for BOTW Zelda.

@Dust_Collector looks at the folks who take the golden goddesses backstory in OoT and somehow highball it to 1-A and beyond.
There's still folks out there that loves to highball shit for zelda, I can't count how many times folks scale kid link to 2-B or 1-A because he has Din's fire, or my personal favorite, him resisting deconstruction because he can resist the 4 sword's ability to fragment someone into several copies.
