A stern warning should probably be sufficient, as it didn't feature real world people, or anything particularly offensive. I just saw TheGunsFinalWrath's long post towards Maitreya about them using a fallacy... and I'm not even sure what to make of it honestly. They both seemed to come off with a condescending attitude (If that's the right word for it) even if they don't mean to and two staff members already commented against their behavior (You and Deagon). Right now, things seemed to have haulted with Deagon being the last to comment it seems.
In my opinion, I'd say there on thin ice and depending on how they decide to continue on that thread. I don't know much about the topic being discussed (I only gave a brief look at the OP previously before the thread got to where it is now) but the method they are approching the counter arguments with isn't the right way. I might be being to generous but I'm willing to wait and see how they further respond. If others disagree, feel free to make suggestions, I'll try watching the thread more to say updated.

This type of thing is not a report as such, it is more of a request for Profile Deletion Threads, if the user continues to create such pages despite being deleted and warned then they will be reported.

Edit: Check the history page for yourself and you'll see they've done a lot of unsolicited stat changes as well as edits that damaged the profile quality.

It was not a pirate website. And if it was, it would have to be removed anyway for illegal distribution. It was a MediaFire link, and several members (who I also had to delete the comments of due to having quoted the post with the link) attested to getting a virus after downloading it.

Other than the website linked(which does have its issues), I have no idea what caused the issue since the link is just a common zip file with screenshots of the artbook in question(which I will not disagree that it runs afoul of other rules). Again, I am sorry that it caused problems, but it was not my intention nor did I intend to spread malware and just wanted to share something I thought was cool with the community."

A quick scan on VirusTotal told me that despite having 1 detection alone still seems to have some malicious treat (and another suspicious one), could be a false positive? Perhaps but still.

Was this one of their first offences? If this was the first time this happened and they have had no previous sus actions that would lean towards them doing this intentionally, I'd argue they deserve a second chance but that's my opinion.

Then I'm fine with giving them a second chance under the assumption that this was unintentional but obviously if it happens again or something similar occurs, then they get banned. However, if other staff members don't want to risk the hassle, I'm not going to complain if they disagree.
