the squirt gun completely nullified gaia cannon (which is even stronger than what he scales to, not even including heat)
also, it's a squirt gun. If you put the same energy into a squirt gun as you do a punch, the squirt gun will come out over a hundred times weaker than the punch (I had gpt4 wolfram get the numbers a while back, but I don't remember what it was exactly)
if it had directly hit Orochi, he most likely would have been pulverized.
