Since I'm being told I'm derailing on Atomic Samurai revision...
I have no idea why Atomic Samurai's page says that his Atomic Slash is attack speed.
It's combat speed. It's just his signature technique where when actually tries.
Attack speed is like projectile speed or the speed that a certain attack travels at.
Combat speed is the speed someone fights at. Like how fast they can punch, kick, and perform other short burst movements. Slashing with a sword also counts as this.
So really AS combst speed should just scale to his Atomic Slash.
Donno why his profile is set up this way. Gonna have to change it later.

Combat speed means that he also has a same reaction. Atomic Slash is Massively FTE for Black Sperm, who scales to AS in speed.

I have no idea why he does. And I am pretty sure this scales to other characters as well, which is just bad.
But it should be removed especially because AS should be Rela+ in combat speed with this new calculation.

Samurai's attack speed is much higher than BS's speed. In turn, BS scales in speed to Samurai's reaction.

He was able able to perceive G5's light beams in slow motion. And by your logic you would be saying he can't even perceive his own attacks.
Black Sperm absolutely does not scale.
He got blitzed to hell and back and can only tag him via sheer numbers when AS is casual.

it's unlikely to be a coincidence, Boros' opponent was 100% supposed to be Blast
at the time of the prophet's statement, Saitama was still fodder, meaning the only person on earth who could have fought Boros was Blast, and that means Boros was on par with blast
and of course, Saitama said Boros was almost a real fight, which would be incredibly unlikely if Boros wasn't even tier 4, since that's an insanely massive gap
