I'm talking about Wally West's profile currently:

Why is Wally building level, up goes up with speed? Is it because of anti feats??

Wally is 8-C when he's not using super speed. And the Flash's powers work based on KE. Faster they move, the harder they hit.

Yeah it's based on very wonky scaling.
Granted, I think there is some sort of scaling to the other street tiers, but I'll need to find it.
They also have some weird 8-C Dura feats here and there

Flash profiles have kinda weird scaling in general. Wally upscales from Batman for no real reason, Pre-Crisis Barry scales to Superman for no reason, and he’s separate from his Post-Crisis page when they should really be one page, etc.

Pre Crisis Barry does have actual scaling to 2-C, but the profiles don't mention for some reason. And the two profiles should honestly be the same but thats for another time when I get to handling rescaling

Pre-Crisis Barry was never reliably portrayed as anywhere near such an extreme scale of power as far as I am aware, which is why we split the profiles for him, but feel free to give good examples if I am incorrect, and we could technically just create two keys for his different scales of power in each continuity.

Barry? Nah, in that moment Speedforce not exist, but it was retconet in the graphic novel of COIE, so Speed force existed in the Pre-Crisis era, at the end when he dies he joins the Speed force in the COIE

I'm working on Hal and Barry's rescaling, but that comes after the heralds thing is done.
Hal does get stronger than before when he makes his own ring afaik. He should have multiple keys as he does indeed get stronger, but that's all I'll say for now. I plan on making it something like (Pre-Flashpoint) and (Post-Flashpoint)
From what I can tell, yes and no? While similar events of PC Hal did happen to New 52 Hal, it's kinda established everyone is different. That and the entire GL story happening in only 5 years in New 52 (Which is bullshit but whatever) and the New 52 Hal even meets Emerald Twilight Parallax from Post Crisis.

The character was fairly insignificant and had his status elevated far beyond what was appropriate due to a rather specious connection to author statements Grant made about the Overvoid which did not actually refer to the Writer character from Animal Man.
