He couldn't harm Senior Centipede, who can get hurt by Superfight Genos according to interviews.
Also, even then, Garou was thrashing a massively amped Metal Bat (to the point where he one-shot SC, and then got beaten up much, much more) before he got to the level where his bat strikes would potentially prove lethal, and Garou could still deflect them.
So, he's definitely above the monster that MB one-shot without any sort of fighting spirit.

Sorry, I haven't been fully caught up, I just kind of jumped in when I saw the discussion.
If they injure him, being nobodies doesn't really matter. Also, we don't even use threat level scaling anymore, so a lot of the antifeats are meaningless. At least Stinger's AP could scale seeing as Garou was pretty sure that attack could kill him if it landed.

it seems pretty consistent that Garou isn’t able to move out of the way of Rover’s attacks considering the dude said “wait” before Rover blasted him.
…also he was literally watching him the whole time, hence why he was shocked from Rover recovering so quickly.

Do-S' scaling is also terrible. She scales for almost tagging Bushidrill before Amai Masked stopped her, but we see that Bushidrill was in the middle of attacking someone else, and even at that, he was still able to react to Do-s' attack.
Her other scaling is for being able to attack Amai, but by her own words, he was off-guard. This isn't her just saying that, because she knows how far superior he is to her, as he's outsped and stomped her before.

Amai Mask also needs to be downgraded to MHS instead of MHS+, as his scaling comes from being able to react to and block attacks from Fuhrer Ugly, who is only MHS.

Him being unknown would still mean Garou would blitz him since he can’t scale in speed.

No it doesn't. Unknown means that we don't know his speed. For all we know, he could be normal Human Speed, or he could be close to Garou's speed. We just don't have any concrete evidence to prove either side.

I mean they are stupid if you remove threat scaling. Without threat scaling, S class means nothing. The whole point of S class is to be above demon level, but we don't view threat scaling as reliable.
Nobody ever said that. Gun Gun's attack did almost nothing to Garou. It hurt him, sure, but it didn't go through him or anything.

Ayo question, is there any credence that tats could cast on herself the same power fubuki has where once used increases the durability of the target? Ya know, the "protection" skill fubuki used on bang and bomb?
Cause like, there's an interesting number of instances where tats withstood attacks without a barrier. (No link sorry. Idk what chaps these came from : p ) Take tatsumaki tanking 300x gravity for example, or the scene where she's subjected to the increasing pressure of an inverted version of her barrier, or after being hit by psykorochi's multi continental beam that managed to go through her shield wherein it tore fabric from her clothes- left not a single mark on her body, or in the webcomic/manga when giant black sperm had grabbed tatsumaki and tried to squeeze her in his grip yet failed because she used her remaining power for "protection".
And the latest feat in the new chapter where saitama was subjected to the roughly "full" extent of tatsumaki's psychic might, while grabbing her arm, and we see saitama being affected by the forces involved to the point where his feet has left the ground and seemingly being blown away- the forces of which should also affect tatsumaki's arm. But she's fine still?

The fact that tatsumaki bothered to spend her meagre power on "protection" when giant black sperm tried to crush her says a lot...
...protection that black sperm specifically notes as the one thing that stopped tatsumaki from being crushed- black sperm then later reveals that he wasn't actually using his full power and again notes simply gripping harder would be enough.
I mean black sperm should know. He's the one touching tatsumaki and feels how squishy she is after all.
