Is there any way to scale Tsukuyomi to the earthquake (if it's viable)? Because He said He's only in a very slight disadvantage against Tatsumaki after she performed the earthquake feat.

Its just that I find a lot of people complaining about the feat. All they see is a planet getting destroyed.
I imagine firing an energy blast and destroying something looks less impressive than say, someone blowing a raspberry and destroying the same amount.

I guess the reason garou got scared was because at that point of the fight, He knows saitama's AD would reach a point where a hit could kill garou before he could copy it. Thing is, when saitama does reach that level of strength, saitama could afford to hold back to an extent where any level of strength is fair game, enough to cripple garou but not outright kill him; which garou wouldn't know. Garou expects that saitama would kill him but doesn't know when saitama would be able to one-shot.And since Garou was scared of it, that proves that High 4-C is more consistent than 4-A
Until the sneeze ig? Instead of punching garou, saitama casually catches his fist and sneezes. An action that forces saitama's body to involuntarily require the use of the full breadth of his muscles, without allowing saitama to control it and be able to hold back. It basically showed garou how much saitama had been limiting himself, and if the effort that went into sneezing had been used to punch garou, he would have died.
At that point, saitama could have killed garou.

The sneeze was just to show how great the gap in strength Saitama and Garou had widened.
