Gotta Revise 'Em All, Part 2: Getting to work

probably just lightspeed, it just says that it "summons strong sunlight", we have no idea of where and how, it could just be sunlight on the planet

it doesn't really show it travelling from the sun, it shows it coming from the sky only, but if it did,it seems to take only like 1 second from when the attack starts, so 500c

Quoting bulbapedia “If Doom Desire misses, the miss will not occur until the third turn, and the game will display that the move "failed" rather than "missed".” No the game just seems to change the rules for the move

i suppose ill bump

is anyone currently feat searching, i dont think i can do anything right now but id definitely be down to look through some stuff once im more free

Yeah it’s the Mario situation where you revise and massively downgrade the verse at the cost of everyone who’s interested enough in the verse to help apply the changes leaving

I hope this is satirical, we can’t delete the entirety of Pokémon because the process of revising it may be a bit slow

That's not impossible. If you think Arceus being omnipresent means no Pokemon can be stronger than it, you would also have to believe Palkia is stronger than Arceus' avatar because he's a part of space
Arceus doesn't have fists and therefore can't punch, so the statement isn't contradicted.

I'm not inherently saying it's impossible but it straight up sounds absurd to a slightly more casual fan, lol. I'd suppose it's not the most impossible thing, and I know that Pokedex statements are usually taken as valid.

Anyways, I still think the verse should be deleted. No one is actually gonna go through the anime's hundreds of episodes for consistent feats.

Indeed, if it just said it does, it could be said, but just because it's said does not inherently mean it does. I could say... Muhammad Ali has a stronger Punch than Mike Tyson. But I could be wrong.

I guess the only way we can make Melmetal’s dex entry consistent is if we assume the dex is reffering only to average/common Pokemon and not all of them… or just SwSh dex only mons

By that logic all statements would be wrong

No, that would make it more inconsistent, it doesn't say just common Pokemon
