actually zombieman's regen is the best in the verse now that I think about it, boros' regen is energy based so if he keeps on fighting then eventually it'd run out

Boros regen doesn't have a stated upper limit unlike Zman's, and we could get some better feats in the form of Boris

I’ve actually been meaning to do a zombieman CRT to upgrade his regeneration abilities.
It mostly comes from HE hitting zombieman with his big light orb which was stated to reduce people to dust. Which would be a Mid-High regen feat, but upgrade from his current High-Mid rating.

Yeah but for that statement is can simply be argued to be outdated like other statements have prior. So I think it’s pretty valid.
Plus I’m pretty sure it’s also noted that Zombieman’s regeneration did get upgraded in the manga as well.

The whole point of that fight was Garou becoming increasingly stronger yet failing to faze Saitama in the slightest. Hence Saitama's title of "the embodiment of unfairness".
I think anyone would be surprised if they dropped a mountain on someone after only dropping buildings on them only to find them still unfazed.

according to boros, CSRC uses all his energy at once
if boros had led with csrc, then it would have been planet surface level on top of the combined energy of all his other attacks

in terms of punches thrown, the afterimages make it way too hard to do in my current position, tho I can count it lsater
if we count every time a part of the ship is damaged as a single 6-A attack then there's at least 20 or something in chapter 35
that being said, some of boros' attacks send saitama through TWO pillars, so for the logic to make sense, it would mean boros actually scales to double his 6-A value (as it should be
