Sid is far from being the cringest honestly, everything about him, like most of his thoughts and actions are pretty simple yet his entire life is funny and hilarious so many ppl who enjoy straightforward stories even consider him as their fav MC

Like holy shit this is the downfall of Assassin's Creed in a nutshell

This character can destroy an entire village, NTR an old man out of his wife, and then save a town from oncoming pirates and still be called a hero.
 
Garou

His entire philosophy is extremely nonsensical, and only really serves to do the exact opposite of what he wants. He literally opts to kill everyone on the entire planet cause he was bullied as a child. He has an extremely generic personality as well, and is rather predictable, but I guess that's not the worst thing, still kinda cringe though.

Also, he has an Oedipus Complex.

It's not that bad. It's definitely a gimmick I don't want him having by the next year or two, though.

The protagonist of the currently airing anime, "Harem in the Labyrinth of Another World" is possibly the most cringe, unhinged character in anime that I've seen. Worse than Keyaru tbh.
 
I ain't a fan of having to break my brain over whether or not one is cringier than another so y'all do like everyone does in list threads and say which place they deserve
