He had an unprecedent/extraordinarily/unparalleled low amount of Chakra compared to any of his other fights, that his Rinnengan lost their Tomoe and he was incapable of accessing his Mangekyo.

The rule exists to limit scaling avenues for the verse without having to actually address the claims so do you have an argument on why she shouldn't scale when she was already using that power or no? All I want to hear idc if this argument is used to upgrade them or not I want to see the reasoning of the site on why she shouldn't be

I went to review Sasuke Shinden and noticed a possible argument to support the fact that Sasuke doesn't need to and shouldn't have attacked Shin with all his might. Sasuke is not a killer anymore, he was attacked by a random and when he attacked him, he didn't use force to kill, but to contain the random, he wouldn't attack to kill. And in this arc he showed himself to be fully capable of greatly reducing his strength to fight, even if the opponent wants to kill him.

Says X character should scale despite anti-feats shown, not having any other supporting feat, says its PIS for character Z to not scale despite being relative to character Y on many different occasions, that is relative to, could no sell character X
If this isn't bias I don't know what is. The same arguments of incredulity is basically what he's using to prove boruto and others don't scale.

Not really, because you’re still making it out to be like Sasuke was so incredibly low on chakra that it’s a major nerf or something.
Yes, Sasuke wasn’t at full capacity. That’s why he lost the tomoe. But the fact of the matter is that he still has the Rinnegan, which would logically put him above a version of himself without it.
