Top 10 Strongest Characters for Every Tier Continuation

Ok, so Low Dimensional Game-wise;

Lu Zhiyu should take the Top Spot on Low 7-B due to 13+ Layers of Low 1-A Resistances to everything and Low 1-A Resistance Negation that makes way for Information Manip, Subjective Reality, Physics Manip, Matter Manip, Curse Manip, Paralysis, and a few others all on a conceptual 13+ Low 1-A level. Or he just mimics all of her abilities and then makes them better.

Kelly should take the Top Spot on Low 7-C for 8+ Layers of Low 1-A Resistances as well EE of Mind, Body, Soul, Concept, Information, etc, and the concept of all of those things. And the same Resistance Negation Lu Zhiyu has and the same abilities on a conceptual 8+ Low 1-A level plus a High 6-A Transformation that gives High-Godly Regen, Immortality (1,2,3,4,5,6 & 8) & Negation to all of those, and ridiculous Abstract Existence (Basically the closest you can get to NEP 2 without having NEP 2)

She should also take 3rd on 5-A for the same reasons above except this she also destroys the nothingness they become after she EE's their everything and the foundational concept of sed nothingness that is beyond normal abstract concepts. A few other things that are really just overkill.

Fang Xiu should take 2nd on 8-A since he also resists everything Liliana has due to 6+ Layers of Low 1-A Resistances. He can destroy Liliana's Soul & Concept, Curse Manip, Conceptual Paralysis Manipulation, Absoprion of Body, Soul & Concept, Seal his Power & Movement or BFR him to a Pocket Dimension and kill him with Law Manip, Life & Death Manip or Time Stop. Also if he dies Time Reverses on a High 1-B level and he can repeat this multiple times until he wins.

Added everyone expect Kelly to 5-A since she isn't physically that tier.

She's only that tier in terms of AP, while she's only physically 5-B.

Also added Fang Xiu to the 2nd placement of Low 1-A as well.
 
Can someone explain why Fang alone is in 2nd? AWLBA chars just transcend passed him, speed equal that is. Infinitely into l1A or not, theyll just grow passed that. They should be in 2nd with him.

Unless speed equal isnt being counted there, but it is for 3rd
 
Well, he has 1A hax and transduality from what I see. So they probably cant interact with him, in that case yes this is true

He eventually just uses this probably. If not then they do pass em. Not sure how transduality 1 works here

Sooo... I think Vandalieu could technically be listed above Clockwork in 7-A, as he has passive mind control of ghosts that overcomes resistance.

Arale can’t do anything to the Puella Magi verse because of Acasuality type 5
depending on how her plot hax works, Arale may be able to incon (and others like Arceus also incon at the moment)

Because there isn't just one Clockwork that's active, their are copies of him in different periods of time that have his range which can effect others at different points in time so if he passively mind controls the one in front of him, another in a different time period activated time stop and thus ends the fight because while the Clockwork he's fighting is stuck via mind control, Van can no longer move. Making it inconclusive.

However, Danny Phantom characters might end up at 5-B so Clockwork will get booted off 7-A anyway but I need the calc evaluated.

ACTUALLY that may no longer be the case anymore thanks to revisions of Acausality Type 5
Type 5 Acausality Rewording




According to it
Acausality Type 5 can be bypassed by a Abstract Powers of a Higher Dimensionality/Potency
