Best acrobatics for every tier

A sort of off-shoot of the many "Most Skilled" threads we have on this forum, but focused exclusively on the act of acrobatic movement. Characters are to be ranked by their level of skill across all four categories of acrobatics: Hypermobility, All-Terrain Mobility, Self-Momentum, and Surface Running.

Rules:

1) As this is a ranking of acrobatic skill, flight or similar means of power-based maneuverability are NOT considered valid. Said feat MUST meet the criteria for acrobatics as defined by the wiki standard.

2) Characters are added through nomination. Each nomination should preferably have some kind of reasoning to it.

3) Multiple people can be added to the same tier.

616 Spider-Man for High 8-C, bro is practically infamous for his perfect equilibrium in virtually every position and being a weasel to get a hold on.

Modern Sonic also definitely deserves a spot in Low 2-C, his Acrobatics section speaks for itself on top of displaying what Classic and Adventure Sonic can do.

Tier 9-B should be Daredevil, since he scales to Spider-Man in acrobatics and is also an example of acrobatics on the page.
Tier 6-C should be Sage Mode Jiraiya he’s already had decent acrobatics, but in Sage Mode he can fight in the air effectively, and he scales above his previous feats.
