there are a panel showing Galaxy's in the same chapter so are you still think the void was field with stars only

Considering new feats, I wonder if the galaxies and stars in/on Garou’s person are literal now. 🤔 just really small. Or condensed.

It'd be sick if Garou became 3-A so we can get Alien X vs Garou 💀
Unfortunately Garou stomp :

Translation

Raws

I haven't checked the first panel's (where garou is in) raws via dictionary yet, but im currently on the second panel (the one where it supposedly says limitlessly again, with garou not being present in that panel) and.. I find no kanji for Limitless, Infinite, Infinity, forever, etc via japanese dictionary. Idk about the first panel yet even tho i ran machine translation with it but with no dictionary quite exactly. Can you or anybody who knows these dudes, to ask them to provide the specific kanji where they got to the conclusion that the raws meant to say "limitless"?. Cant find any.

(Raws and translation in imgur)

Raws: どこまでも強ェ…。!!!!
Lets run that through machine translations:
DeepL's app (via mobile ofc). This one is a bit strange, but there was also an "alternative" translation of it.
Original: He's strong everywhere... !!!!
Alternative: He's so strong... !!!!
The alternative one makes "more sense" than the one that says "everywhere" which just, doesnt even make sense in anyway in this context?? Anyways, moving on.

Microsoft translation: Strong enough...!!!!
Google translate:Infinitely strong ... !!!!
"Infinitely strong" ok, cool, B U T even if it does say that, its better to check if it contains any kanji for- Infinite, Infinity, forever, etc. If it doesnt, then yeah no, it aint saying infinite or limitless strength, at all.
Lets see.. Infinite kanji? none that I can see.
Infinitely? n o.
Infinity... no again.
Forever? N o.
Endless? No again.
Limitless? Big no
Limitlessly? Doesnt seem to exist, so... (the kanji)

So ig, the dudes who translated it into english didnt do it right with the specific detail? Like, nothing says limitlessly, nothing supports it, no kanji, none at all. But I might be wrong. (Still sus tho, if the raws contain no kanji to support the translation actually saying "limitlessly" or similar, along with two different machine translations only saying "Strong" or "So strong", [not counting google translate which isnt as good as deepL in some cases] then aint it wrong? Even if you dont count the machine translations, it still doesnt mean infinite from what I can see 🤷‍♂️)

I wouldn't say that.

What makes a good translation and what we use here are two entirely different context. A good translation is almost universally agreed on by basically every language translators is getting the same message across in the most readable or easy to understand fashion. The translator themselves are also subjected to personal bias (its why the Webcomic translations use Lightspeed Flash instead of Flashy Flash) and for speed translators they usually only ever get about one draft due to how fast they have to do everything.

It only matter in regards to the exact wording for power scaling purposes, otherwise the intention of the scene carries about the same weight as the Japanese version in my view. In that Saitama has a deep well of power that Garou on his own can't reach, which is why he's forced to copy him to keep up.

So Io wasn’t destroyed yet
Io wasn't shattered but the table flip didn't overcome the moon's GBE I think. Given enough time the rocks will slam back into each other rather than drifting off.

It's a unidirectional feat (Not an omnidirectional one) so if we ever get an anime version and the timeframes are Guardians-of-the-Galaxy level fast, we could get some baller numbers out of that alone.

The translation isnt bad, its good. "Same message" Limitlessly doesnt carry the same message entirely though? Garou views Saitama's strength as to being ridiculously/impossibly too strong or whatever, or in your words, "deep well", its also why he says he's gonna copy on and on until he reaches his level and beats him. But the intention doesnt refer to limitless/forever, etc.
"personal bias" I was thinking that it might be due to that, otherwise, the translation is good. Also. it doesnt have to be exact wording-only type of translation, it could also be one that is similar to the original text, meaning, it carries the same exact weight. But that aint the case here, limitless is something else, especially when it refers to strength in this context..

But then again, that type of thing could also be non literal, as in, when one says, as an example: "He's limitless!".
In garou's case, it could be that he views Saitama's strength at a too high level to where its considered to be ""limitless"" but not literally limitless. 🤷‍♂️

What's it matter, Garou can't win. He'll have his ass handed to him at the end of the day.

tbh I have no idea is the feat is real or not but I have a feeling that it's not gonna matter by the end of the series

I would recommend that we don't insult/dismiss other users for having a different opinion about something than you. Its not an unreasonable view to have, even if you disagree with it.
My apologies, it's just I have been stressed out about people constantly saying otherwise jumping to unreasonable conclusions with regards to the feat. I'll stop.

I wonder why they chose saturns moon IO to fight on
Jupiter’s moon***
also a little connection between Gods spine in earths moon. Psykos sees Jupiter as being god. And they land on Io and Jupiter’s swirls keep following Saitama and Garou representing that gods always watching.

I know that Godzilla guy. Or maybe another Godzilla fan who seems to run into me everywhere and has an identical name on every website he’s on.

🤔 he thinks the American Monsterverse (legendary pictures) Godzilla or Ghidorah could stomp Tatsumaki. Explicitly, the ones from the KOTM movie. He downplays OPM a LOT at all cost.

That coupled with the “Orochi took 12 hours to perform the Gaia feat and Saitama watched for 12 HOURS” thing… it’s just strange how illogical he is to downplay OPM sometimes.

Not beefing, just bewildered by the powerscalling logic.
