Can we use Saitama not being able to use techniques as reference for anything?

Why wouldn't Garou scale without Saitama mode? If he believed he could only have 3-C or 4-A attack potency or thought he is no match against Saitama without going into Saitama mode he would've never stopped using it in the first place nor use his other abilities when we know he was able to deduce that Saitama wasn't using his full power before getting serious last chapter.
He states Saitama is limitlessly strong and that he just has to copy him limitlessly in order to win (meaning over and over) so I'm willing to assume that's what's happening.

So Blast's profile prob needs to have a weakness or something in it that he seemingly can't do an interdimensional gate if there's too much energy. If he could, then he would have done that with Saitama and Garou, but instead he could only bring them to somewhere in space above Earth, and then attempting to at least try to direct the energy away from Earth.

Him kicking away the portal and then ******* grabbing and turning the other one is prob gonna be one of my fav OPM moments of all time. Someone earlier said it was like Looney Toons level of visual comedy, and I agree, it was amazing.

So it's logical that Garou after going Saitama mode for the SSSP gets a permanent 4-A or 3-C upgrade in durability but not in attack potency when he explicitly stated to copy power.

The feat isn't 3-C. You'd have to use incredibly high assumptions to get it there. The 4-A calc I or the other dude did should probably be used since that requires a less extreme assumption.

yeah the only 4-A feat he gets in base is for his dura. And we even see Garou doing a big combination of all the styles he has and Saitama doesn't get hurt, the worst that happens is his clothes get destroyed. Garou just straight up doesn't have any feats to give him 4-A AP in base

Makes much more sense than the narrative implying that Garou and Saitama are just both having a reactive evolution battle.

Going by what Garou says and what was shown, yes. Along with Saitama growing in this battle as well at a far higher rate than Garou who can only copy his power can.

I wonder if Murata meant the arc is ending, some japanese guy on reddit said that the kanji that was translated as "series" isn't the one commonly used there.

Yeah, he has durability on that level. That’s it. The level of his durability is irrelevant to his attack potency unless he’s got feats that would show his AP scales to his dura.

Not really, in Murata’s backgrounds he draws galaxies, so it’s fair to assume that the explosion occupied space from one galaxy to the Milky Way. Although I’ll give you that the 4-A end is definitely the safe end, I’m just saying the tier 3 end isn’t unjustified

They don't have to be the same if that's what's narratively being implied. That isn't what's happening. Garou has been dead set on copying Saitama's power and does so but him to suddenly not have it when not in Saitama mode but have 4-A durability is completely ludicrous.

If he doesn’t have AP feats on that level, then he doesn’t get AP on that level. Period. We don’t go “oh this character isn’t portrayed as a stone wall, so their AP and Dura have to scale to each other”. That’s just not a thing.
