Still, Blast's punches affected him enough to surprise him and make him lose Genos at that point, and he kept up with his speed, even when not going all out and trying to avoid collateral damage
Blast's Teleportation, like Matt said, should be based on Portal Creation and Dimensional Travel

Sure, but effecting someone and scaling to someone are two different things. Carnage Kabuto doesn't scale to Saitama for similar reasons.

Because she can only control you if she can damage you. If she can't damage Garou there's no way for her mind control to work.

Don’t use Garou as a reliable source of power scaling. The dude thinks he can mimic Saitamas full power, and before that he though he was standing in the same realm of power as him.
this has nothing to do with how strong blast Is at full power btw, really couldn’t care less.
