There is literally no shot Genos is dying yet when the Mad Cyborg hasn't even been mentioned again in the manga and the arc isn't over in the webcomic.

I think Bang is probably just holding up against it as well as he can, we didn't see him much after the beginning and we don't know how he's doing. He could be given it though. If he is still unharmed by it the next time we see him then definitely.
And yeah Saitama and Blast 100% have it. Although I don't think it'd be worded as passive, because it's not something they consciously control to begin with, they just are resistant to it.

Half off-topic, but if characters like Vegeta going from a planet genociding murderer with no sympathy at all to his current self without it feeling too forced, I don't see Garou's redemption feeling forced, imo.

Yeah it was more like a moderate, somewhat casual Garou against a fully serious, potentially all-out Blast. Blast scales to him, but he isn't quite on par with Garou.
