Awakened Garou Cosmic Fear Mode seems to cause actual radiation and is killing everybody by simply being there

Blast can fight and hurt Garou

His attacks seems to be Dimensional Cannon and Gravity Punch

Current Garou has Portal Creation and escaped from being BFR'd by Blast.

Garou copied Blast's Gravity Punch and used it alongside Nuclear Fission against Blast who transported all those attacks away into the sky. They seem to be evenly matched from the looks of it.

Did he hurt Garou? Just moving Garou isn't the same as damaging him.

Blast also BFR'ed all of Garou's attacks rather than try to cancel them or take a hit directly.

It's black rain caused by nuclear Winter. It's an actual thing that happens when a nuke is detonated. And Garou just set off the equivalent of many nuclear blasts combined in the sky.

Also, about Saitama, I will say there are some already dried up spots on him that look slightly different from the nuclear rain. But I'm not gonna assume it's blood until we actually have confirmation.

Also, the fact that Saitama can shrug off all of this nuclear radiation when it's potent enough to possibly kill people in hours if not less adds even more credence to how resistant he is to it. Blast also doesn't seem to mind the passive radiation.
