That would make Saitama the top dog of OPM's high 6-A hierarchy and push him into the top 3 of the verse. That kinda reminds me of L from Death Note as he holds the titles of the top 3 detectives alone.

He was able to resist tats while still having hair, idk about all other characters but he’s already comfortably top 10 with just that tats interaction.

In the Summer Festival Audiobook we get the following interaction with in-training Saitama and Tatsumaki.

Tatsumaki: Wait, what? WHAT? How come it’s still moving towards me? Why doesn’t my psychic power affect it?

Like Magmag said, he resisted Tatsumaki's powers. Somewhat effortlessly, in fact. Of course, it's hard to say how much Tatsumaki was using. There's little reason to think she went all out. But she was definitely serious and kind of scared of him, but part of that is because she thought he was a ghost and that her powers just didn't work at all. Which is probably a Mob Psycho reference, because one of the main parts of esper powers in that series is the ability to exercise spirits.
Based on Tatsumaki's reaction to what happened, and Fubuki even saying the being in question would need to be threat level Dragon or above, we can guess it still makes Mid-Training Saitama a top tier, likely even top 10.

Hard to say if they're actually canon or not to the main series, but they ARE written by ONE himself. So any powerscaling in them can be considered accurate, regardless of their canonicity. Really, it's not that different from an author statement, imo.

From the sounds of it, Saitama resisted a significant portion of her power. Assuming everything else is clear could do a "at least low 7-B, likely High 6-A"?

Saitama could easily resist Tatsumaki's psychic powers. and possibly faster than Boros He was not inferior to Boros at all.

Do you recall the logic that was used to reject it? I personally think it's weird that we only have record of in-training Saitama when he was a tiger-low demon, the audiobook doesn't seem to be contradicting any scaling by filling in the gap between God level and low demon

There is literally nothing that surpasses him besides Garou, his current version, and arguably CSRC. So unless you count beings like "God", Blast, etc. then I am pretty confident in saying top 3.

1. She was likely not using her full power. Otherwise, the ghost house would be gone.

Hmm, if that was the logic I would say...
1. Tatsumaki specifically says "do you really think anything can surpass MY psychic powers", as if she used enough of her power against the ghost to come to the conclusion that the ghost was either A) a being powerful that it could actually surpass her psychic powers B) a being to whom the rules don't apply (a ghost). Clearly Saitama's strong enough to at least worry her in a way that nothing else has before.
2. We technically can't use the willpower logic anymore since it'd be webcomic cross-scaling, we don't get the same statement in the manga iirc, in fact Gyoro Gyoro couldn't even fathom how Garou could resist TK.

And that matters because…? They’re still scaling off of Saitama, which means his first key has a reason to exist.
Also this is an indexing wiki, so if something has feats and is relevant enough, it can go on the profile.
You’d have to find the last C/B/A-Class revision to answer that, cause I don’t remember.
