Puri was being blasted backwards with his arms raised. That isn’t a reaction feat. Like the first explosion, he didn’t react.
Not that it matters since these are not lightning attacks, they’re non-descript energy blasts.

If you lined up the entire verse on a battlefield, Baquma would die instantly. Anyone who thinks that Baquma would just tank united states of smash, decay, star-and-stripes hypersonic missile and whatnot is just wrong. However, if you gave Baquma 24 hours and started him somewhere small he could eventually get strong enough to challenge the god tiers (depending on what quirks he absorbs).
But that's a curated match-up.

They are energy blasts. Having lighting surround the blast does not mean the entire blast is lightning. Last time I checked, lightning does not move as a giant ball of energy and then explode.

Except it does. His energy blasts contain different powers and one of them is a lightning blast as seen from all the zapping top right.

Puri never reacted to lightning. He never even reacts to a blast. He gets blasted by energy blasts and sent flying.
Being in the same room as lightning does not make you a lightning timer.

No, he didn’t. They’re performing a pre-planned move. His arm is already raised, she shoots lightning at it. Not once do we ever see him react to, or move, as the lightning is fired.
Again, being struck by lightning, or standing near lighting and never reacting to or moving as fast or faster than it, does not make one a lightning timer.

That's just Electricity Manipulation, it has to come from clouds or be compared to natural lightning to be accepted as Massively Hypersonic+.

Man, I love it when the Manga doesn’t show us every little action, so powerscalers can just MAKE UP what happens offscreen to wank as much as possible. It‘s ALWAYS easy to provide proof. No side ever gets stalemated to oblivion because it’s literally impossible for anyone to proof anything.
