You guys are looking at it the wrong way, instead of comparing Boros and Tatsumaki without any basis, better ask yourselves, could Tatsumaki last fighting Saitama if he saw her as a monster and was actively trying to kill her? Could Tatsumaki really keep up even for a little bit?

Could Boros? No. That’s why Saitama didn’t punch for 95% of the fight.
And every time he did, it was either holding back, or regeneration saving Boros.
Literally no one in the series thus far could survive Saitama ACTUALLY trying to kill them as if he saw them as nothing more than a monster. Not Orochi, not the entire S class working together, not Boros, not Garou, not anyone.
