Garou's Reactive evolution seems quite underwhelming compared to the webcomic. By this point he would already have surpassed most heroes to the point of endlessly stomping them, not to mention it felt way more prominent in his earlier stages, like vs Orochi and vs Darkshine. Not that i mind as long as we get more skill feats.
On the other hand unless we get some statement about timeframe (that isn't like, peak human reaction time) that powerpuff girl style clash between FF,PS and AG will likely yield some fine results.
Goddamn Evil Natural Water made it's way into the ocean (kinda wanna see how they are going to beat it without causing even more irreversible damage to the planet and it's ecosystems). If Orochi comes back we will get another heavy hitter, but i predict fans will get mad at him still being alive cockroach style.

I mean, in the Darkshine fight he went from being stomped to stomping in a few exchange of blows, against Bang other than his skill quickly developing they were able to have a prolonged fight with no real mention or allusion of Garou starting to overpower and outspeed Bang.

He is still currently stronger than Bang without sword. He is fightign an awoken Garou, who is actually using his speed, compared to Bang who was on the backend against a Garou who was sleeping, and was just using Martial art punches.

It's actually Low 6-B Golden Sperm if we use the cell stock as multipliers. This was what I posted a few pages ago.
