While I don't entirely agree with Darth, I do have to agree the Meteor and DSK arcs have some of the best art in the series during action scenes.
But it's not at all disparaging to the other arcs, which are incredible and largely digital to my knowledge. You can absolutely pick panels from later in the series that are among the best in the series, such as the Tatsumaki and Psykos fight (at least in my opinion).

timers in this circumstance are irrelevant since murata isn't a proper power scaler. But a chain scaling for garou would be Garou>Maximum speed flashy>>>>Pretty casual half SoL flashy.

I think they are. If you look at when saitama punched boros, he has a marble and he regens around it like mel.
