it wasn’t depicted as large when atomic cut it the first time, looks like it’s either expanding or inconsistent drawing. Perhaps it seems larger because it’s closer to the POV

Anyway, GS should scale above HE's first orb because the reasons Ouros said before. Also, calling him Useless Emperor and being confident on himself after having seen the first orb implies he scales.

I think I calculated that one as 50% larger than the second, but I can't remember the panel, and it wasn't very spherical.

AS scales to GS so he should also scale to the orb. Something to note here is that he made more effort in cutting GS's arm than against the orb.

Honsetly, if PS ever scales higher than the 6-C calc, HE should have a possibly rating putting him higher than PS because even near death he was sure to be stronger than him. I guess he could charge an energy ball to an extent where he can defeat PS.

No. He can slash things at a considerable distance, so it is safer to use the second image, in which we 100% know he is there.

But we see that he’s at the sphere, he literally jumps into it and stop it. He doesn’t even appear to be far from it and it’d make 0 sense for him to be far while cutting it.

You don't have a way to know, he could be at a distance because the angle doesn't let us see the distance between the sphere and him, so it's safer to use the second one.
Not arguing this anymore since it seems clear your intention to use the first image is baseless and its only objective is to downgrade characters.
