Possibly 2-A rating.
You literally cannot give him a solid rating, since the entire justification for the rating in the first place is based on a semi-contradicted presumed WoG.
Once LN Volume 11 is released, and we hopefully get a better explanation of the Silver Sea, his rating could probably be changed to a solid rating if it is still accurate at that time.

It is not contradicted, the size of the bubbles doesnt matter to the layers, but possibly should work

If the presumed author explanation contradicted the WN regarding the size of a bubble, then how do we know his statement about each layer being infinite in size is not also inaccurate?
Until someone provides a statement from the WN or LN itself that also states each layer is infinite in size, any ratings related to the size of a layer should be "possibly X", or "likely X" if there's a bit more evidence to support it.

That's just not how it works. You honestly cannot ignore the fact that one part of the presumed WoG contradicts the WN, and the other part is not confirmed at all in the novel.
The burden of proof is on the people claiming each layer is infinite in size, as the only evidence of that is from a presumed WoG that partially contradicts the WN.
I'm fine with a "possibly X" rating, but a solid rating based on this semi-contradicted presumed WoG is not possible.

This is wrong, it doesnt partially contradicts, it would contradict if he mentioned that the layer was size X but the novel states that the layer is size Y, however, there is no contradiction after all, only bubble size, which doesnt matter

If this is accepted, then the following justification or something similar could probably be added to both Anos and Venuzdonoa's profiles in the AP section:
"..., possibly Multiverse level+ (Each layer of the Silver Sea possibly has infinite size, therefore each layer can theoretically contain an infinite number of universes)"
