For the 1 I agree that precog could handle it, for the second two precog literally only shows her getting frozen in place she isn't dodging an instantaneous attack lol and if Fubuki would use telekinesis to grab her sister or teammates to prevent them from doing something she doesn't want then why wouldn't she do the same for someone else whose just further away?

We already established that telekinesis isn't resisted by haki and why would her snake having haki matter if Hancock is the one being focused on? It's literally stated on the haki page that DF abilities aren't negated fully but resisted by the bit imbued with hakiYour telling me she is holding boa plus doing pushing away her snake plus using conquerors haki
