It seems like the rule is that you can upscale if you’re 3/4 of the way to a + rating or the next tier.
So for example, the baseline of 7-B is 6.3 megatons. 3/4 of that is 4.725, so if you scale above 4.725 megatons or higher, you can upscale to 7-B.

Also, it's interesting how Boros decided Saitama would be a good challenge after witnessing his FTL feat against Geryuganshoop. I forgot that Saitama intercepted the rocks right in front of Boros in the manga. I almost hesitate to ask since it would contradict Boros's near light statements in his stronger forms, but FTL Armored Boros?

It's always hard to give stuff for Armored Boros because he is under handicap there and he know it
FTL Saitama could be a challenge, for Boros in general, but which version ? My bet, considering his personality, is his Power Unsealed Form, since he never really thought he would need to use everything against basically anyone

Not exactly tbh, we concluded that Boris movement speed would need to be on par if not superior to his throwing speed, the only reason the method wasn't applied and he's not FTL is because said method can't work at near lightspeeds iirc

Zombieman has some unique regen, looks like he can regen as long as he at least has a limb or organ in tact. I think his mincemeat weakness will be retconned out soon.
