Sword Tourney round 7 (Robin vs Kazuma Kenzaki)

Already Kazaki is at an advantage in mobility with flight, allowing him to engage Robin at his leisure. Dealing with enemy with range shouldnt be a problem since this isnt the first time he dealt with thing like that before.

Now what is Robin's AP like? It they are baseline then Kanzaki could speed amp and natural stat amp himself to victory, not minding the fact that he could snatch Levin Sword out of Robin's hand with Magnet Buffalo.

Also please add the franchise that these character come from into the tag so that each side supporters can see.

Robin scales to 15 Kilotons. Granted that calc applies to a child, Robin was able to oneshot someone superior to someone superior to said child, and said child was superior to a person who could tank that 15 Kiloton attack...but still that's a decently big AP differance. 3.7 in Kenzaki's favor.

Robin's ressurection took an unknown amount of time. Might've been longer than a week, could be a victory still by SBA

While speed ISN'T equal, Robin's Mach 223 while Kenzaki's Mach 72, that makes Robin about 3x faster.

As for their abilities, Robin has some stat amping, so Kenzaki being able to do it too doesn't seem that useful. They also have VERY similar ranges, and Robin frequently did battle with flying opponents, so while Kenzaki's mobility might be better, Robin's own experience handling flying opponents means 'dealing with that before' doesn't mean as much of an advantage for Kenzaki, Robin has too. Stealing the Levin Sword is possible, but Robin's tomes and other magic are pretty safe from being stolen, they're books.

Robin's definitely smarter, and his Information Analysis and Analytical Prediction allow him to know almost everything an opponent can do, and even predict the 'flow of battle'. Iris is also a decent damage booster to help with his AP disadvantage.

Flipside, Sealing and Timestop seem like the two most dangerous abilities in Kenzaki's aresenal, and flight mobility is still useful despite Robin also having experience. Even if Robin can ressurect, being sealed seems like an incap, and Robin doesn't resist Timestop at all, though I'm not sure how big the radius of effect is, the profile doesn't say.

Being faster and smarter, being able to know everything Kenzaki can do, being able to make analytical predictions, and Kenzaki being unable to outrange him even with flight seems decently in favor for Robin (Sealing might not even be useful if Robin can predict and be faster to dodge), but the Timestop has me hesitant to make any call. If the range is large enough that there's no avoiding it, Robin's outhaxed almost immedietly.

Kinda leaning Robin but I can be easily convinced depending on how big the Time stop radius is.

Kenzaki can amp his speed as well, it's enough to blizt people with comparable speed. Timestop is about hundreds of meters which could effect quite a wide area and i remember he could use it as long as he wanted.

I don't really think Robin knowing about Kenzaki abilities matter much since Kenzaki fought against the Trial Undeads, which were designed to kills Kenzaki and contained knowledgeble to counter against any of his tricks or powers.

Wait, if he can blitz people on his level then I can't allow him in the tourney.

Also, I wouldn't called Kenzaki "smart" by any means but he has been show to keeping up with Garre and Chalice, both have been fighting for the longest time. Hence, the Undead themself is participated in the Battle Fight, a free-for-all battle royale that destined which species will rule the Earth, for thousands of years. They fought against them on daily basic and eventually defeat many of them as time goes.

No it is not. Not for a tourney, this just started so I will allow you to replace him.

There's no reason for Kenzaki to get replaced, blitzing are allowed as long they're done by speed amp. You can see many matches out there where this kind of result are accepted.

Not in a tourney, look at the rules for this tourney. Replace him or he gets eliminated.

Few things...I'm not saying Kenzaki isn't smart at all. However, Robin did get a Genius ranking, and well deserved one too, considering he was the tactician who toppled a continent sized empire with a reduced militia...While also fooling a global spy network. Even the characters you're comparing Kenzaki to fall short of their ranking, Robin clearly takes an edge in brains and quite possibly skill.

And knowing your opponent should definitely still be helpful, regardless of Kenzaki having wins against characters who allegedly also knew him well, Robin is also clearly a genius and is able to make use of analytical prediction abilities with that knowledge. Robin can know Kenzaki's abilities at a glance, he can predict what he can do, and he's generously smarter, that seems a lot better than the counter you presented.

But, Time Stop being hundreds of meters does mean this fight ends the moment it starts. Robin doesn't resist, gets outhaxed. if Kenzaki isn't disqualified (I was unaware of the rules too), he hax stomps as soon as this fight starts, so this is clearly a win for him.

Go on with the Trial Undeads again, they are basically artificial intelligence that can adapt and learnt about everything at high speed. Everything the BOARD Riders take a longtime to learned about, they learnt it in a second and master it perfectly. In fact, none of the Riders was able to hold against a single one for minutes at first. Trial Undeads can came up with multiple ways to defeat by analyze everything by bits.

In Gorider spin-off, Kenzaki was able to foil Kuroto Da, a mad genius with "Godly Talent" that could created nearly flawless plans to take over the world, capable of predict the actions of other riders almost perfectly, allowing him to almost completely mastermind both Bugster outbreaks in order of malfunction the world and remake it for his own pleasure.

With speed unequal, this appears to be a stomp in Robin's favor. The combination of AP, Speed, and Intelligence advantage just gives Robin the decisive win in every way.

Kazuma has amps and has dealt with smarter opponents like Dan. But he might need to be replaced due to how big the amp is.

Kenzaki can boost his stats as well. Time stop null every advantages that Robin's had.

Speed amp can blitzt characters with comparable speed, as i said above.

AP amps can hurt characters who is stronger than him.
