From this thread.
Basically:
Ego would have two keys, one for his Avatar, the other for his true form. And no, before you say it, Avatar ain't Moon level, there is not backup feats or statements that implies the avatar is as strong as the planet, even then it would make absolute nonsense within the context of the story:

Basically:
- The calc is wrong as it assumes a timeframe of 6 seconds for each seed to cover a entire planet. Problem is that 6 seconds came from an holographic projection, with the real display taking 10 seconds to cover just a single city-block.
- Ego scales to Quill, who scales to the Power Stone, issue that it assumes the power stone always gives 5-A energy, but actually varies in power depending on the target. This was agreed upon a year ago, and so the justifications are outdated.

Attack Potency: At least Building Level (Fought against a Celestial Quill, destroyed some of the infrastructure within the moon in the battle), higher by enhancing his attacks with Matter Manipulation | At most Moon level with Environmental Destruction (Has full control over his moon, allowing him to manipulate landmasses, create earthquakes, and cast storms around the surface) Lifting Strength:At least Class 1 (Comparable to Quill) | At least Class M (Could restrain the Quadrant ship even while using it's thrusters), likely higher Striking Strength: At least Building Class (Can trade blows with Celestial Star-Lord) Durability: At least Building level (Took several hits from Celestial Quill), higher by enhancing his endurance with Matter Manipulation | Unknow for his brain (The bomb rocket created to kill Ego was made from interdimensional Sovereign batteries, which were stated to have enough energy to take out the Sovereign fleet), At most Moon level within his moon Key: Avatar Ego | Planet Ego |
- Ego stated that his avatar is as much human as possible, having human organs, bones, and male sexual organs. Having the durability of a moon is not part of the equation.
- It took him millions of years to just form a planetoid barely bigger than our moon, it would be an absurdity for him being suddenly capable of spamming human-sized bodies with the compressed durability of his planet.
- Quill shredded his avatar with his Quad Blasters, and the Guardian's spaceship finish him up when it crashed over him. Even when facing Celestial Quill, his face took a notable amount of damage from the generic matter that Quill used against him. Which by the way, none of those generic rocks or tendrills are 5-C either.
