Cozy Glow should get a profile probably. And maybe something should be done about the artifacts she used? Maybe list it as her standard equipment or put her with the artifacts as a different key?
 
So, first thing we should probably get out of the way is Tirek. He is very obviously 4-C in his second form because him+Base Chrysalis = roughly 2x alicorn level.
 
Tirek after an auditorium of ponies:

Tirek after pegasi:

Tirek after Appleoosa:

Tirek after Canterlot:

Tirek after the Mane 6:

Tirek after Grogar's Magic:

Frenemies Tirek absorbs Chrysalis:

As shown above, Frenemies Chrysalis + Tirek form ranges from after Appleoosa and after Canterlot. Only Post Mane 6 scales to Discord.
 
Is it really that big a power increase? The Mane 6 are strong ponies, but they're still only 8-A/6-B each, which is nothing in the grand scheme of things.
 
Yeah, but anyways Chrysalis shouldn't be 4-C in her base form, so Tirek should be about 4-C anyways. Also, Tirek was actually stronger than Discord Post-Mane 6, not exactly 2x star level, so it's likely that even Post-Appleloosa Tirek is about 2x star level.
 
I'm not understanding your scaling. Start from the bottom and work your way up.
 
Base Chrsyalis is weaker than Alicorn Twilight because of their final battle in The Mean 6. Post-Mane 6 Tirek is stronger than Discord if he can absorb his magic without his permission. <4-C (Base Chrysalis)+?(Tirek)=<>2x 4-C(Frenemies FP Tirek).
 
The scaling:

Shining Armor (6-C) < Base Chrysalis (At least 6-C) < Mean Twilight

1 Star = Celestia < Love Chrysalis

Post-Appleloosa Tirek Ôëñ Base Chrysalis + Form 2 Tirek Ôëñ Post-Canterlot Tirek Ôëñ Discord (2 Star) Ôëñ Post-Mane 6 Tirek

A lowball rating would be equal to Post-Apploosa Tirek At least 6-C, likely 4-C.

A highball rating would be equal to Post-Canterlot Tirek at 4-C.
 
"Post-Appleloosa Tirek < or = Base Chrysalis + Form 2 Tirek < or = Post-Canterlot Tirek < or = Discord (2 Star) < or = Post-Mane 6 Tirek"

This part is rather confusing. But yeah, a lowball for second form Tirek is At least 6-B, likely 4-C, and at a highball, 4-C straight up.

Also, Starswirl should have At least Star Level+, Likely Large Star Level durability with shields for defending against a few PoS blasts.
 
I want to prove it's possible for the God tiers of the EqG verse to maybe become High 4C via scaling. But before I start:

The Elements have a linear increase of power. In the previous movie... It took all the elements together in the first movie to overpower the Element of Magic

In Rainbow Rock: Rarity and Twilight (using the Human Elements) fought the Dazzlings separately, not together... Meaning they separately scale. That was why I said each of them is tier 4 because no Element was portrayed superior to the other to such an extent like the Pony Elements. This also means they got 6x stronger over the course of the first and second movie respectively

The Dazzlings as a group took all the Elements combining their power. Assuming that.... That's a six times the level of 4C already.

Assuming the difference is linear since their friendship increases over time, how powerful Sci Twi is in comparison to the newer Elements [ absorbing their full powers plus the Portal ], Gloriossa and Daydream.... I feel like they hit the High 4C mark... Since even the equivalent of 8 Alicorns [Max Power Tirek] was accepted to be High 4C

Sci-Twi Pony-Up  Midnight Sparkle  Daydream Shimmer  7 Pony-Up Combined Attack (At least 7 Star) > 3 True Dazzlings Combined Attack (At least 3 Star) > 1 Pony-Up  1 True Dazzling > Starswirl (1 Star)

6 Pony-Up Combined Attack (Likely 6 Star) > Sunset Demon Element of Magic (At least 6-B, likely higher)
 
Well the 3 True Dazzling were superior together at least to the combined might of Six EqG Elements back in Pre Rainbow Rocks.... and it took them breaking their limits and receive help from Sunset to beat them when the Dazzlings were working together. So it is more:

Sci-Twi Pony-Up  Midnight Sparkle  Daydream Shimmer  7 Pony-Up Combined Attack (At least 7 Star) > 3 True Dazzlings Combined Attack (At least 6 Star) > 6 Pony-Up > 1 Pony-Up  1 True Dazzling > Starswirl (1 Star)

So I would definitely say that Sci Twi is 8x given the above logic.

Full Power Tirek is x8 Stars and he was fodder to the RP so this does not make much sense...
 
I know that they hid it in Frenemies, but I was under the impression that Grogar actually found it in the episodes just released in China.
