Alright let's see.

It looks like he dosen't have resistance to sealing, and in this key shido uses sealing a lot. So shido would lock his abilitys, memories, and etc making him unable to fight. If not then there's some other things he can do like go back in the past to kill him, Transmute him into something, and etc. So I'll vote for shido
 
Unless either of those kill Ren before he either accelerates to the point where they are a complete crawl or accelerates until he's infinite speed
 
If he leads with sealing, Ren becomes too fast and he dies

If he leads with Aleph, which he doesn't, then yes he can.
 
Okay make up your mind, does he lead with sealing, Angels, or Aleph?

You keep changing up your answer from summoning angels to sealing to using Aleph
