Shido has a AP advantage so he can literally one shot him. Though that dosen't really matter though since it really comes down to his hax really. Shido can Transmute, mind control, Blow away with wind and weather manip, or ice shield since those don't require him to summon anything

AP advanatage means jack shit to Ren's Low-Godly, and I am pretty sure it beats Transumation as well, unless the transmutation can affect Ren's soul.
And Wind, Weather, and Ice Manipulation wouldn't kill nor incapacitate Ren in any way - unless they are very weird forms of those abilites. They would be mere hinderences, if even that.
Ren on the other hand has a guillotine in his arm with a 1-A level Death Curse which negates all forms of immortality and Regenerationn, not to mention Ren's Briah ability to manipulate time to increase his speed so he can kill with his guillotine.

Uh Regenerationn dosen't counter Transmutation. Transmutation would still work. And with the distance he would have enough time to summon key (his summoning dosen't take that long. It just appears in his hand) and he points they key at Ren as hes dashing towards shido sealing Everything he can do.

By the time he can do literally anything, Ren will have killed him several times over because his speed boost is passive as opposed to Shido's active one. Shido does have winning moves, yes, but there is no point in which he will be able to use them unless both him and Ren are acting out of character.

No actually I said it cause of things he does have, Ren boosts himself to the point that Shido will be nothing short of motionless and cuts his head off, Shido could only win if he used one of his very few win-cons before that happens which I dont think he can/will.

Distannce doesn't matter at all as Ren activates his briah with a thought and becomes thousands of times faster

Unequalise speed, Ren becomes faster with a thought (not blitz worthy), can dodge key pointing or whatever, and kills in one hit.
