The aim of the game is to make a tournament based around a tier that actually has the results added to profiles. As such every fight in the brackets ideally needs to be fair.

The tier for this round's brackets is City Block level, or 8-B.

As with the last bracket a minimum of 16 characters are needed to begin and a maximum of 32 characters are allowed.

Ground Rules:

  • Characters from the 7-B/7-A/High 8-C bracket in weaker keys are banned (Although characters from the same verse are fine)
  • No characters with high levels of hax or potent durability negating skills. This also covers stone walls and characters with absurd levels of Regenerationn. Exceptions will be allowed given they have weaknesses.
  • Characters must be within the City Block tier in AP and Durability. Glass cannons are allowed but discouraged, Stone Walls are a no-no. Any skills/abilities the character has that exceeds 8-B will be restricted.
  • DO NOT SUBMIT CHARACTERS WHO ARE UNDERGOING CONTENT REVISION
  • One entry per user, and only one entry per verse.
  • Speed will be equalized in matches where it is necessary.
  • Entries need to be approved by yours truly.

@DMUA/King Eragon seems to be very haxxed. Does his mindhax/word-killing have limitations?

@Rot How good/abusable is hypnosis? Otherwise he seems fine.

Hypnosis is really just illusions that he hardly uses unless fighting a stronger opponent. He usually fights CQC

Mindhax should refer to

Mandala: A diagram with complex patterns that makes one think about the nature of the universe and the principles of the gods. When the patterns are rearranged it allows for the user's desired image to be sent to the viewer's head. In short: an illusion magic, though it can also be used to insert ideas into an enemy's mind such as "My curse spell has been analyzed and a countermeasure could be used to turn the curse back at me, so I won't use it".
Useful, but not to the extent of making an opponent do something incredibly nonsensical.

Aside from the she could presumably create people clearing fields, which only make it so that an enemy would temporarly not approach a certain area. Useful to retreat, but not for offense.
 
D@Dargoo, technically but it works as Ki (in fact is the other facet of Ki), it do not erase stuff or ignore durability, but it decrease ki, magic and psyquic power (not completely nullify), reduce damage, decrease stats and other stuff (nothing much different that the profile says).

Given her weakness of drawing battles out too long (HA Dio shows just how badly a little bit of overconfidence ***** you), it should be fine.
 
@Litentric How abusable/in-character is sealing? Outside of that looks good.
 
Father looks fine as long as he doesn't have his tech, which he usually doesn't have on-person.

High-End and Akisame both look good.
 
The Hunter since XCOM revisions didn't get done in time. Their main hax of soul destruction isn't available until later tiers.
