Jonathan Joester (Post-Overdrive Key)- She is decently stronger and more durable, more experienced, and he doesn't have much of an answer to Paralysis. Also, Jonathan doesn't really use Dura-Neg in character, especially against a human.

I have many options for this tier, Marvel is full of 8-Cs and even H8-Cs because of Spider people. I just think you don't want me saying them all alone

Yeah, it's usually better to have characters from different people for more debate participation.

Probably Cornelia Hale first key. W.I.T.C.H. characters like her don't use their more devastating hax in character (she only attacks with energy beams, plants to restrain or opening holes or fissures in the ground to stop enemies, and uses barriers or invisibility for defense) other than that she's nothing special about could get beat by Sakura in CQC fairly easy + can't see through things like her shadow clones or substitutions so long as Sakura is aware of her surroundings, she should be able to pull of a win albeit with difficulties.

Isn't are one shot/stomp gap higher than that? Also, the Guardians consider themselves good guys so they don't attack others with full force even against those who try and kill them.

The oneshot gap is, but it's still a considerable advantage. Especially if you consider she's no slouch in abilities.
Energy beams, plant restraints and fissures sounds better than kunai and shuriken.
Barriers and Invisibility sound better than two illusion clones and substitution jutsu.
Sure, Sakura may have better CQC, but she isn't a prodigy in it either and with the stat disadvantage and all...

Sakura doesn't really use paralysis in-character. Do you think she would win regardless?
