Barney & Friends: The Statistics CRT

Continuing from the last two threads:

~Abstract Existence either needs to be removed or changed to a lower type.

~I don't see where telepathy comes from

~Resistances needs to go as nothing implies the kid himself can erase Barney espescially when it wasn't even his imagination

~Nothing implies he has erasure on a conceptual level so conceptual manipulation needs to be removed

For some new revisions:

Power Bestowal should be removed as nothing implies he gives the kids powers, at most that he helps them out with their imagination, or else he wouldn't need to be the one doing most of the reality warping.

I also don't see why Barney teleporting around with light particles and reshaping is counted as Regenerationn when the act of teleportation itself requires your partciles to split and reform: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Teleportation

Where is it shown that Barney is the one that caused the plant to grow faster?

There also needs to be further supported proof for him actually causing an earthquake rather then a shaking screen, take Pokemon's magnitude as an example.

1: Lower type of abstract existance? Such thing exists?

2: Taken from the blog:

"Telepathy: He was aware that the alien girl they meeted first time had the spaceship they traveled with was inside her orb. This means that Barney can read minds and see useful information about recent events the target has done, it seemingly works in a similar fashion to the way his Empathic Manipulation works.

Empathic Manipulation: Now you may be wondering from where it even comes from. The answer is simple; Barney can make the desired targets to become friendly to himself and allies by just making a kiss gesture or filling it with some of his sparkles (Even if they were actually used for something else, as seen in how it can work with the telepathy above). It also seemingly makes it far easier to Barney to make the inflicted ones his friends by interacting with them."

It may be revised, of course.

3: What do you mean that it wasn´t even his imagination?

4: Check answer above

5: Barney has been shown to be explicitly the one teaching them how to use the power, not the one being doing it all.

7: It may be removed in that case, do you agree?

8: Check a few seconds befoe the feat, Barney fills the seed with some of his sparkles as far I remember.

9: You mean more feats or what?

1. Lower type as in not type 1.

2. Already pointed out in the vs thread, I see nowhere that is implied in that scan.

3. The two girls imagined Barney into existence, not Coby

4. The answer above doesn't address this one.

5. Some scans of that would be nice. Pretty sure if they were the ones that created Barney in the first place they'd already have the power and Barney wouldn't need to bestow it upon them.

6. Yes I 100% agree with the removal of that Regenerationn or virtually any scientific teleportation user has High Regen.

7. I looked like 50 seconds before BJ grows it, he doesn't. He just whispers into BJ's ears an idea and BJ comes back with the water bucket.

8. No, proof that what he did there was an actual earthquake.

My PC crashed and so now I have to rewrite my whole reply from scratch... ughhhh.

Oh well..

1: The it should be removed?

2: What it could be classified as then?

3: It seems not even the kids made Barney in the first place, which is consistent as he is somehow 200 million years old.

What should we do?

4: Pretty reliant in point 1 and 3

5: https://youtu.be/fuK9fD_lTLk?t=925

6: Very well

7: The sparkles point into that BJ interfered in some way to make it like that.

The feat can scale to Barney as he should be at least comparable to him.

8: Assuming you mean so it isn´t taken like the Scooby Doo volcano stuff:

- Everyone (But Barney himself as he is the one doing it) start shaking

- The jars were to be about falling off the table

- Barney apologizing

Yeah, unless I´m missing something, it´s an earthquake.

8. Isn't that just shockwave manip? Because the feat is only poorly "supported" by a plant growing. Just because you jump and fall and thing shake, doesn't mean earthquake.

1. It doesn't have a large enough radius to be preposed earthquake.

2. Character's with lower tiers have been shown doing that. For example Spider-Man from Spider-Man: Web of Shadows causes the ground to shake when he lands, knocking over cars and people. But why wouldn't that be an earthquake? Because the qualities and layout are never stated or shown to be close to a earthquake.

4. and 5. will be supposing you are right (which I disagree with, but devil's advocate)

4. It is enviormental destruction and not a physical AP.

5.The amount of anti-feats disproving this are quite prevelant in the show.

1: What would be a "preposed" earthquake?

2: Can you explain? A lack of statements doesn´t mean that the feat is to be considered unreliable unless there´s more stuff against it.

4: When did I say that the vegetation erasure scaled to AP? None as far I remember.

5: Like what? It´s clear that Barney changes kids every now and then. Further explanations would be appreciated.

8: There´s also another feat that maked a bunch of people briefly move upward, note that he got the durability for it, while lifting 500kg

Okay, after removing the abstract stuff, the conceptual stuff also goes away along with it.

I´m also now unsure if the High Regenerationn should be removed, as I found, for example, this guy that has such thing listed under certain circumstances, which I think would fit with Barney´s case.

1: Who should be asked for such thing? Maybe this simply isn´t reliable enought?: "From where the rating for such a thing comes? Easy, it´s based on this and this."

2: "Note that this does not apply to characters who can create shockwaves through brute force"

Very well, but the AP description should stay the same.

There´s still the Regenerationn thing, but I guess it can stay for the stuff I said.
Lastly, I purged the blog of some stuff.
If it true then it is similar to Frieza's Regenerationn(High-Low when regenerating into his final form; Frieza regenerated his tail by transforming into his final form)

It is better to shown Regenerationn feat rather extrapolated from transformation because most transformation even at Barney's level doesn't give the feat. If Barney never showed Regenerationn while transforming then it should be removed.

Mmm... What happens is that Barney seemingly reshapes himself back when changing form, there´s no reason to thing that when he changes form, he also goes back with all the injuries he would otherwise just still have, as it seems Barney does the teleportation in a derivative way from his reality warping (aka, his imagination), which means that Barney can just reshape himself while transforming to turn into peak condition.

What´s classified as resisting the heat of the sun a few kilometers of distance?

I get the reasoning but unless it is proven as a feat, it is not legit.

Heat Resistance

After seeing how the Regenerationn thing was accepted as Barney reshapes himself with the sparkles, just making a few more should do it if needed (As he has been shown to be able to make them countless times), so I think it can stay, as it´s consistent respectively.

Do you agree?

No. There could be some mechanic that we don't know about where if Barney got injured he wouldn't be able to reshape himself properly.

We have zero evidence that Barney can regenerate, so he doesn't have Regenerationn. It's that simple.

Simply put, when Barney changes form or teleports, he literally regenerates himself back into either of his forms.

Assuming he somehow didn´t transported right, he can just make more sparkles to fix the problem.

Maybe just a "Possible" rating for it?

It is no up for a possible rating if he doesn't have the feat.

Bobsica, you want a respectable Barney's profile. For this possibility, we can't extrapolate abilities without feats shown.

Oh well, it´s just that I feel like that would be downplay, but I guess there´s no other alternative.

I feel a bit sad, but I guess it´s for the best.

If he never regenerates injuries when teleporting then you can't assume that he can.

Yeah, but I´m sure it can fit in the profile, as he can summon it when he feels like it.

Really? I´m sure enviromental destruction is only applicable to weather, not cosmological things like this.

Enviro Destruction is the wrong wird.

Non-combat applicable.

(Also no, 2-A enviro destruction exists)

I don´t think so, the kids nor the enviroment seem affected by it at all, only the moon and the sun, respectively.

Please watch two minutes after the timestamp I said before so you see the context of what I mean.

Edit: NVM, I´m the one that needed the context.

How the power should be specified? Time Manip is easily subject to NLF

Yes

It's more likely to be time manip than jumping to the extreme of the fact he's moving the entire goddamn sun.
