To celebrates my re-interest in One Piece, I think I will make a match involving them.

Battle takes place at Whole Cake Island and starts from 100 meters from each other. Speed is equalized.

Well this is close match,both can rip soul each other if i see (thought Isa soul manipulation is bit vague to me,can she rip soul from the body to create souls gem?),but even so Isa have more hax and useful tool here so learning with Isa.

Not voting for now tho,i need to wait for OP and PMMM nerd who is more knowledge than me to come here.

For the moment, I would say that Kyoko seems to have the advantage, she comfortably AP advantage, which allows her to tank physical moves of BM based on Haki and an advantage in Hand to Hand.
Plus, let's add Duplication that allows Kyoko to dominate Hand to Hand largely and Trap BM, Disease Manipulation and Regen give him a comfortable victory.
 
Kyoko FRA - this just isn't in the cards for Big Mom seeing how Kyoko has resistance to Soul manipulation, and that she has the ability to use bacteria to destroy matter. Not to mention he can create illusions of herself (that are physical and can fight), Summoning, and a life-absorbing barrier... IDK if the mind-manipulation would even work though.

Kyoko low-diffs.
