This would put her at the bottom tier of RWBY skill as every named character in the series has been training in combat since childhood and have been fighting for almost a decade

Blocking her bullets ***** Kyoko over big time as they have elemental AoE that would either encase Kyoko in ice, set her on fire, electrocute and paralyze her, or just rip right through her (Gravity Dust bullets oneshot opponents that can withstand her normal rounds).
"And when it comes to cqc, Kyoko can overwhelmed Ruby with clones, the amount of clones she can makes at once is 14 and each of them are equal in strenght to the original."
Ruby's semblance can very easily overcome this as it would allow her to escape being ganged up on if need be just from the massive speed boost she gets but also her semblance creates a slipstream that is stronger than her normal attacks and is shown to be able to throw around opponents as strong as or stronger than Ruby just from her using her semblance near them.
"What about Aura? huntsmen/huntress aura are basically full body forcefield. Luckily Magical Girls like Kyoko can bypassed barrier and forcefield with their attack. Kyoko, in particular, once break through Witches dimensional barrier with nothing but brute strenght."
Is she bypassing it through some sort of ability or just brute strength? If its an ability, that actually works in Ruby's favor as she can just regenerate from the damage shes being dealt and will have a much longer lasting aura reserve due to not taking hits to her aura. If it requires physical strength, Aura is significantly more durable than Ruby is physically and it also regenerates if a hole is torn in it.
"What about Ruby's semblance? Magical Girls can interracts with intangible being with their normal attacks, whether it's Elemental intangibility, Spatial intangibility, or Immaterial intangibility."
Ruby doesnt use her Semblance as intangibility though, it just makes her elementally intangible by turning her into a cloud of molecules as a side effect, plus she can fully control herself while using her semblance and can split into multiple clusters to avoid incoming attacks. Her semblance also amps her speed to the point that she becomes invisible to people who can keep up with her normally and she sees those same people as moving in slow motion.
"All in all, Ruby's skill isn't enough to overcome with Kyoko more variety of abilities here."
75% of Kyoko's abilities are physiological powers that will hold little if any influence on this fight, and many of Kyoko's offensive abilities are things Ruby has already encountered and fought against at one point or another, including things like her Instinctive Reaction.
