Making discussion rules for 'all scaling revision' for a series that is still on-going where everyone scales to everyone and a fodder yesterday scales to God tiers tomorrow, is not really a good idea.

We're not doing it for scaling revisions in general. Just particularly unorthodox and dumb ( no offense to anyone who made these type of CRTs ) ones like most FTL threads involving the pacifista or Kizaru.
