I think Cana would win the drinking contest, she literally drinks 24 7, as for eating, Luffy takes it, Natsu has been shown to have a big hunger, but Luffy has a boundless appetite and he can eat entire monsters of meat

I agree with DemonGodMitchAubin with Cana, haven't much of Fairy Tail, but everytime we see Cana drinking, it is always from a large beer barrel and the amount of time and the frequency of her drinking is at a point where thirty percent of Fairy Tail's liquor budget goes down her throat.

For the Bonus round, Luffy by far, haven't you seen the fight with Luffy and Cracker, where the former was stated to fight and eat Cracker's solider for almost about 11 hours.
