Ok, setting aside the 190 GT thing dust brought up, if 3.9x AP would've not been in one-shot range. Our current rules for one-shot is like, a 7x AP gap.

it's actually a 5x gap
the number comes from baseline 9-C / baseline 10-B, which used to be 300/40 (7.5x), it's now 300/60 (5x)

Man this is like the 3rd time I've made a matchup only for someone to say "X character has an accepted calculation that just hasn't been applied yet". Last time it was an accepted calculation that's been there for about a year without being applied

Damn RIP, I've had that happen a few times where I think I made a cool match only to find out one of them had accepted revisions that made it unfair. Think for Link his accepted 190 gugaton value has been sitting there since like, June. Gonna update him later today because I genuinely forgot about him when handing revisions for other Zelda characters.
