Until it is stated that he can wipe out all of the timelines for all the universes, he should probably stay where he is. For the moment we likely have to assume that all of the timelines have their own versions of him.

Anyway, I have sent a PM about this matter to Lord Kavpeny, including regarding what we should do about the larger context of the often hard to define distinction between tier 3-A and Low 2-C. We will see how that develops, but it is certainly not something that will be changed on a whim within this thread.
