The "main" Aleister will be within 4km, the clone, however, can still in be the Higher Dimension.

Ppl said there is no "main" aleister, and all Aleister's are real.

Btw there is a misunderstanding,the sealing magic is not strictly AC only, as along as u HAVE similar shape for the magic circle it works (if there are some problems u can Just flaten some buildings)

To nuke shit you don't just need AP, you need range. A low 2-C can't always nuke the universe, he needs the range for it.

Similarly, High 1-C AP can't do anything without range.
