Both are at 7-A, Yamamoto starts in base but can use Shikai.


Speed isn't equalized


And for this fight Natsu can see Yamamoto ( This match can't be added but it's for fun.)

Man, been a while since I'm on a versus thread, oh well.

Yamamoto should scale above Aizen since he admitted Yamamoto is more powerful than himself (Hence why he decide to make Wonderweiss able to seal his shikai). And Aizen is waaaaay above Toshiro in his bankai form (657 megatons) where he casually oneshotted him and many other captains and vizards during arrancar arc (He also oneshotted Toshiro and Komamura during soul society arc). So he actually has the AP advantage since he > Aizen >>>> Toshiro = 657 megatons.

He also stomps and one punch Wonderweiss who is comparable to vizards like Kensei and Mashiro. He punched Wonderweiss so hard that his Regenerationn couldn't save his body from being destroyed. And he's not even use kido, zanpakuto or anything. Just pure raw power of his technique.

Speed gap is very small, yamamoto being 1058 mach vs Natsu's 1381 mach. He also superior to Kyouraku in speed as we saw this during soul society arc, not to mention he got speed amps aka shunpo while Natsu does not. He can stand on the sky for better mobility.

And shunpo and flight is useful against aoe attack like Ichigo used shunpo to avoid senbonzakura and against danmaku like this.

He also has experience advantage since he's at least 2000 years old as commander of Gotei 13, a master of zanjutsu and hakuda, a feared, respected and even stated as the strongest shinigami for thousand of years that both Aizen and Yhwach (and also defeated him 1000 years ago) need to resort to use some kind of strategy instead facing him directly. A mentor to veteran captains like Shunsui and Kyouraku, so he should be more than smart enough to not rely on his fire when he know Natsu has resistance to fire and able to absorbs it. And this is not first time he had to rely on Zanjutsu and Hakuda, so he has experience and skill advantage here.

He also able to use forbiden kido #96, and he used it on Aize while weakened. And Aizen is definitely NOT a fodder.

And he likely has stamina advantage too via scalling to Ichigo (who trains in dangai for almost 3 months while his father Isshin continously used his reiatsu to stabilize the dangai, or when Ichigo trains for 5 days with Urahara in the earliest arc (And that's a few examples on how insane shinigami's stamina and endurance is, other shinigami also has many endurance feats like when Byakuya is still alive when most of his body is nearly destroyed by senbonzakura). So yeah most shinigami can take a lot of punishment as even when he got cut in half by Yhwach, he still able to briefly grabs his cloak, and as I said before, even when weakened he still able to use forbidden kido (a high ranked one too).

He also has extrasensory perception to help him against surprise attack or to located Natsu, a small advantage I know, but still an advantage regardless.

So I think Yamamoto can win via AP, mobility via shunpo and flight, skill, stamina and experience.

Natsu has the speed of Mach 1381 from his laxus fight, from his town lvl form.

So Natsu has speed advantage here, note I used Natsu speed from the battle of ft arc while this Natsu is tratraous arc Natsu so it's obvious he is faster.

Natsu has resistance to both fire and heat unlike Yama who gets burnt by his own Shikai Natsu ap scaling comes from weakening serious mardgeer who is stronger than jellal who summon a meteor of 578megatons. And dragon force natsu>>>etheriour mardgeer>base mardgeer>jellal

Yama has a flight but he lacks non flame bases long ranged attack, also a gap is not that high to so Yama can one-shot him, Or stamina using your reaitsu to maintain somethingÔëáfighting. Because fighting technique required more reiatsu(IIRC in bleach reiatsi=stamina)

Yama didn't have extrasensory perception, while Natsu can sense to remember the fightning style. So currentlty natsu have resistance to yama attack, can match his skill with his dragon sense, shinpo is not going to be very effective since he can't blitz him. Also for flight is not effective either if yama can't of it take advantage. The main thing yama have is his experience. Natsu should take in my opinion

He was only damaged by ittokaso, a spell that uses his arm as the catalyst. He has tanked lightning and called it child's play which is 50,000 degrees.

If Natsu engages him in H2H combat he will just tank through everything and probably give him the wonderwise treatment.Also Yama has a much better scaling chain.

If the revisions go through, which they never will lets be honest, aren't the captains going to be 6-C or High 6-C or something like that?
 
Everyone scales from Hitsugaya making a storm, doesn't really matter though since they have an Island level calc we haven't applied yet since Soldier Blue completely disappeared.

Scaling chain as of Fake Karakura is basically Yama > every character stronger than Bankai Hitsugaya > Bankai Hitsugaya (obviously). The every other character part includes most of the Espada, Captains, Ex Captains and Ichigo's different forms (post Zaraki to 2nd Mask Bankai)

That was the blast that Aizen said would vaporize an area several times bigger than the Fake Karakura, yes. And Yama took the burden of almost all of it because the affected area was much, much lower.

But yes, if the revisions aren't happening any time soon nothing that can be done about it. Yama still utterly devastates the little dragon with everything that's not his Zanpakutou.

Not to mention he used a forbidden high-level Kido that sacrifice his arm right after and still lived.

Which is an impressive durability and stamina feat.
 
He's not gonna be much bothered by his flames and he can easily respond in kind with Kenjutsu, Hakuda or Kidou. And I would find it silly to act like he can't use any Kidou besides #96.

Don't people in Bleach learn Kidō one level at a time?

Like, I'm pretty sure if you know a #96 Hadō, then you know #1-95 as well.

But I'm pretty sure Yamamoto knows all Hadō anyway.
 
Can't Natsu see Yama normally? He saw the old dead dad in the Galuna Arc, he saw Acnologia's soul, he saw all the other souls franmalth absorbed, and he saw Hades's soul.
 
Dead dad? Everyone saw Acno's soul and everyone saw Franmalth's souls. That points to them being visible in general.

Plus Yama still swings his sword and one shots.
 
Remember that clan of demons? The guy that took them there was actually dead. They were scared of becoming demons and killed him so he wouldn't turn into a demon. It was the clan's head's son not the dad, my b. Yeah this is probably an AP stomp.
 
I don't remember how it went in the manga but it was definitely like that in the anime. I don't think A-1 would just change it when it does absolutely nothing.
 
Depends on the level of flames Yamamoto produces, if inside the range of Natsu, then he can take it
 
That scaling chain only accounts for Bare Fisted Yamamoto, which is not even him really trying as Wonderweiss was less an obstacle and more an impediment he took his time with. Then he's even higher up with his Zanpakutou, and way way higher even with normal Shikai. This is not accounting for his high level techniques like his Pillars of Fire that could even kill him.

I imagine this is what Dragon means.
 
So, girl is superior to Vasto lorde ichigo? I call no way but whatever. But Shikai would be in range of Natsu's powers
