Why is Marco and Katakuri "at least 6-C" when characters like Kaido and Whitebeard are just regular "6-C"

Revisions my brother, the ratings for top tiers like the Yonkou are decided and applied as you see as 6-C, while some of the top-mid tiers like Katakuri and Marco are not decided as of yet and have yet to edited with their new rating. As of now, it seem that their new rating will be among At least High 7-A, likely higher, At least High 7-A, possibly 6-C or flat 6-C (but weaker than the top tier obviously). Revisions should be done and applied to every characters in a few weeks at best, hopefully.
