yea exacly, if he doesn’t start then there’s no possible future where he can win, he’s to cocky and arrogant to use it meaning no possible wincon = stomp

what about the possibility where he decides to use hax? You can't say he will never ever use hax because of his personality, that's not how it works, it just means he's unlikely to do so before getting AP stomped.
His wincon is suing conceptual manip, EA and any other OP stuff on the very, very, very rare chance he decides to use it
While Sonic's is simply dashing into Gil
Because Sonic's wincon is much more likely to happen first, he will win, but on the very tiny chance Gilgamesh decides to call it a day on Sonic and use EA, he wins meaning it isn't a stomp because there's a possibility for him to win (just very small).

No this is an stomp other than ea Gilgamesh has nothing that can hurt sonic and using ea takes time and sonic can just kill with one hit before Gil even takes out ea from gob

His Precog is his Clairvoyance manifested in the form of a noble phantasm it allows him to see all possibile futures but Gil keeps it off majority of the time and his concept manipulation comes from his gob having weapons like Kanshou and Bakuya which embodies concept of yin yang and rho aias a shield that embodies the concept of stopping any projectile

Ea is special as it takes multiple steps to take out but others can be taken out by a simple thought he can activate his Precog with thought too but the conceptual weapons don't do anything more than embodying a certain concept for example chiron's np embodies the concept of Sagittarius but it's still only island level of ap I am not that much into nasuverse so I don't know if Gilgamesh has an np that can be actually uses concept manipulation offensively in a concept alteration or destruction sort of way but from what I know this is an stomp
