Zhong Yue likely will win since his soul is "special" plus it's protected by Xin Huo. Has enough hax to stop Nihilus and could instantly use Demon God Contracted Puppet which will summon a Demonic God.

SCR doesn't have sentients it's only goal is to protect the golden arrow it carries around until the starting time,and SCR was the reflection of someone's else soul until it got stabbed with the arrow so it doesn't have a soul.

Eternum Nocturne: passive powernull and his own mind hax is on the level of every creature that ever lived and ever will live in a 2-A sized multiverse. Pretty sure that beats out Nihilus.
